ACB-type Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels using two interlocked air circuit breakers (ACBs) for automatic transfer between mains and generator at 415V AC, 50Hz. ACB-type ATS is used for high-current applications from 800A to 4000A where draw-out capability, advanced electronic trip protection, and high fault-current withstand are required. Each panel includes two 4-pole draw-out ACBs with electronic trip units (adjustable overload, short-circuit, earth fault, and under-voltage protection), a mechanical and electrical interlock preventing simultaneous closure, a digital ATS controller, and mode selector (Auto–Manual–Off). Draw-out design allows safe maintenance and testing of each breaker without de-energizing the panel. Available with communication modules (Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS) for integration with building management and SCADA systems. Supplied in floor-standing IP55 powder-coated steel enclosures. Suitable for hospitals, large commercial complexes, data centers, water treatment plants, and industrial main distribution boards where high current capacity and advanced protection are essential.
