Refund and Return policy

  • Assembled panels offered on the website are made to order. Meaning, that once the customer places an order the product is manufactured according to what was offered and shown on the website. We can offer full refund only if customer requested it before being notified that the factory is going to start manufacturing the product. Usually, we take 1-3 business days to start manufacturing the item. If customer wishes a full refund then it should be done within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
  • All Parts and Components Shown in PARTS Category are Manufactured by the Original Manufacturer and in full working condition, Unless otherwise clearly stated that the item is not in working condition.
  • Parts and Components shown in PARTS Category that are sold are not refundable. Customer understands that once order is placed and payment is received the order will be prepared and shipped in (1-3) business days please expect (2-5) business days of transit time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@tecogrp.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@tecogrp.com and send the defective or damaged item to:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item and any arising governmental fees such as but not limited to customs duties, Shipping costs which are all non-refundable.

If you are returning a more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you picked up your item from our store via local pickup option then you are not eligible for a return or refund.
