Direct-On-Line (DOL) motor starter panels for motors up to 7.5 kW at 415V AC, 50Hz. The simplest and most cost-effective starting method — the motor is connected directly across the full supply voltage in one step. Each DOL starter compartment includes a 3-pole MCB for short-circuit protection, an ABB AF series contactor for motor switching, a thermal overload relay (TF series) for overload protection, green start and red stop push buttons, green running and red off pilot lamps, and a 3-position selector switch (Hand–Off–Remote). Terminals are provided for remote start/stop control and running signal feedback. Available in configurations from 1 to 6 outgoing starters with MCB or MCCB incomers rated up to 100A. Best suited for small fans, pumps, compressors, and conveyor motors where high inrush current (6–8× rated current) is acceptable. All panels use ABB components in IP55 powder-coated enclosures with color-coded wiring and detailed diagrams.
