Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels by TECO GROUP for uninterrupted standby power switching between utility mains and generator supply at 415V AC, 50Hz. When a mains failure is detected, the ATS automatically signals the generator to start, monitors for stable output, and transfers the load — all without human intervention. When mains power returns and stabilizes, the ATS automatically retransfers the load and signals the generator to cool down and stop. Typical transfer time is 5–15 seconds for the full sequence. All ATS panels include a digital ATS controller with voltage, frequency, and phase monitoring, adjustable transfer and retransfer delays, mode selector switch (Auto–Manual–Off), indication lamps for mains available, generator available, and load-on-source status. ATS — Changeover Type (CO)

Changeover-type Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels rated from 250A to 2500A, 4-pole at 415V AC, 50Hz. Uses a motorized changeover switch mechanism for reliable make-before-break or break-before-make transfer between mains and generator. The changeover switch provides a visible and lockable isolation point with a clear ON–OFF–ON position indication. Each panel includes a digital ATS controller with adjustable voltage and frequency thresholds, transfer and retransfer time delays, generator start/stop signal outputs, and mode selection (Auto–Manual–Off). Standard protection includes over-voltage, under-voltage, phase rotation, phase voltage unbalance, and frequency monitoring on both sources. Supplied in IP55 powder-coated steel enclosures with indication lamps, alarm outputs, and terminal connections for generator interface. ATS — MCCB Type

MCCB-type Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels using two interlocked moulded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) for automatic transfer between mains and generator at 415V AC, 50Hz. The MCCB-type provides both switching and short-circuit protection in a single device — if a downstream fault occurs, the MCCB trips and isolates the fault without affecting the other source. Each panel includes two 4-pole MCCBs (with adjustable thermal-magnetic or electronic trip units), a mechanical and electrical interlock preventing simultaneous closure, a digital ATS controller with voltage, frequency, and phase monitoring, and mode selector (Auto–Manual–Off). Standard protection includes over-voltage, under-voltage, phase loss, phase sequence, and frequency monitoring. Available from 100A to 4000A. Supplied in IP55 powder-coated steel enclosures with indication lamps, alarm contacts, and generator interface terminals.
