ATS22C11Q – Soft Starter for Asynchronous Motor
This Altistart 22 soft starter controls 3-phase asynchronous motors with rated supply voltage of 230 to 440 V (±15 to 10%). It supports motor power from 30 kW at 230 V up to 55 kW at 400 and 440 V. The device has a factory setting current of 100 A and an IcL starter rating of 110 A in the motor supply line for standard applications. Its power dissipation is 73 W in typical use.
Features: Internal bypass, start with torque control (current limited to 3.5 In), and conforms to IP20 protection class. The device operates under voltage limits of 195 to 484 V with a supply frequency of 50 to 60 Hz ±10%, and supports a control circuit voltage of 230 V ±15 to 10% at 50/60 Hz. Cooling is by forced convection, and the unit is designed for vertical installation within +/- 10 degrees.
The product provides two relay outputs with a maximum switching current of 5 A for resistive loads at 250 VAC and 30 VDC, and supports three discrete inputs operating at 24 V DC with positive logic. It includes a Modbus communication protocol via an RJ45 connector using RS485 multidrop interface supporting transmission rates of 4800, 9600, or 19200 bps.
