SWITCH DISCONNECTOR – ISOLATORS-AL Series
The ISOLATORS-AL Series SWITCH DISCONNECTOR is designed for general applications, featuring a durable die-cast aluminium construction. It includes a handle in grey/black, providing a professional appearance. This device supports a rated current of 100A and operates efficiently at 100A in AC23A (415V).
It is engineered with a high protection degree of IP65 and an impact resistance of IK08, ensuring resilience in demanding environments. The switch disconnector is configured with 3P+N poles and features a late break and early make neutral pole, with a K1 switch size, operating at a rated voltage of 690V.
Additional features include a door interlock, a padlockable handle in both OFF (up to three padlocks) and ON (one padlock) positions, and increased dimensions for the switch and enclosure. The device has a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 1000VAC and a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8kV. Thermal current (Ithe) is 125A. Current ratings for AC21A and AC22A are up to 125A and 100A respectively depending on voltage, with AC23A currents from 63A to 100A also varying by voltage.
Power rating for AC23A at 415V is 52kW. Short-time current is 5kA Icw(1s), conditional short circuit current is 50kAeff. Associated fuse type is 100A gG. Terminal bolt size is M6 and palm width is 15mm.
