SH201-B6 – Miniature Circuit Breaker
Compact Home SH200 miniature circuit breakers are current limiting. They feature two tripping mechanisms: a delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and an electromechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. Available in characteristics B and C, configurations 1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 3P+N, 4P, breaking capacities up to 6 kA at 230/400 V AC and rated currents up to 40 A. All comply with IEC/EN 60898-1, suitable for residential use.
Electrical Specifications: Rated operational voltage 230 V AC, operational voltage min 12 V AC, max 253 V AC. Rated insulation voltage 440 V, impulse withstand voltage 4 kV (5 kV at 2000 m, 6.2 kV at Sea Level). Rated current is 6 A with short-circuit capacity 6 kA. Rated frequency is 50/60 Hz. Energy limiting class 3. Power loss per pole is 2 W. Tripping characteristic is B.
Mechanical & Design: Rated electrical and mechanical endurance are 20000 cycles. Housing material is Insulation Group II, RAL 7035. Actuator is Toggle type marked I/O, black and sealable insulation group II. Screw terminal type is cage terminal, tightening torque 2 N·m. Installation size is according to DIN 43880 scale 1. Mounting position is any and suitable for TH35 15 mm or 7.5 mm IEC 60715 mounting rails.
Connections: Conductors up to 25 mm², flexible with ferrules 0.75 to 16 mm², rigid and stranded 0.75 to 25 mm². Terminal type is screw terminals.
Environmental & Protection: Operating ambient temperature -25 to +55 °C, storage -40 to +70 °C. Pollution degree 2, IP20 degree of protection with enclosure IP40. Resistance to vibrations and shocks tested at 5g and 25g respectively. Compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. WEEE category: Small Equipment.
