TM200C40R – controller M200 40 IO relay

This product is part of the Easy Modicon M200 range, an offer of logic controllers for up to 168 I/O, 2 axis motion control. It provides 4 fast inputs, 4 high speed inputs, 16 regular inputs and 16 relay outputs, normally opened relay output.

It is a Modicon logic controller with input voltage 100…240 V AC, discrete output voltage 24 V DC and 220 V AC, output current 2 A, power consumption 59-69 VA at 100…240 V AC (with max I/O).

Easy to maintain and update with micro SD memory card (32 GB optional). Internal flash memory is 512 bytes. Battery type BR2032 Li-CFx with battery life 5 years and 3 years backup time at 25 °C.

Integrated connections: USB port with mini B USB 2.0 connector, non isolated serial link 1 and 2 with RS485 and RS232/RS485 interfaces, isolated serial link 2 with RS485 interface.

IP degree of protection: IP20 with protective cover. Dimensions: width 17.5 cm, depth 7 cm, height 9 cm. Net weight 0.504 kg.

Designed for textile, machine tool, packaging, material handling, pumping, hoisting, electronic assembly machines. Certified by CE, CSA, IACS E10, RCM, CULus. Meets standards EN/IEC 61010-2-201 and EN/IEC 61131-2. Mounting support: DIN rail TH35-15 or plate/panel TH35-7.5 with fixing kit.

Electrical connection includes removable screw terminal blocks for inputs, outputs, serial link, and power supply. Maximum cable distance: unshielded <50 m for input, shielded <10 m for fast and high speed inputs, unshielded <150 m for output.

Response times vary per input/output type from 5 us to 10 ms. Output voltage limits 30 V DC and 250 V AC. Maximum current per output common 4 A. Electrical durability: 100000 cycles AC and DC, mechanical durability 20000000 cycles for relay output.

Regulation loop: adjustable PID regulator up to 14 simultaneous loops. Control signal types include quadrature, pulse/direction, single phase, CW/CCW at 100 kHz for fast inputs (HSC mode).

Electromagnetic compatibility and shock/vibration resistance per IEC standards. Operating temperature 0…55 °C, storage -25…70 °C, pollution degree ≤2, operating altitude up to 2000 m, storage altitude up to 3000 m.
