Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over 500 USD within 50KM. For orders under 500 USD, we charge 50 USD for local delivery.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. Your order will be processed, prepared and ready for pick up as shown in our Shipping Policy.
How do I check the status of my order
When order is shipped an email notification will be sent showing tracking number and related information . Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking number to your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
