LRD22 – TeSys Deca Thermal Overload Relay
Product Characteristics: Thermal overload relay with an adjustable trip current rating from 16 to 24 amperes calibrated per Class 10A as per IEC 60947-4-1 standards. Designed for motor protection and compatible with LC1D25, LC1D32, LC1D38 contactors. Supports network types DC and AC, with frequency range 0 to 400 Hz. The device uses red push-button stop and blue push-button reset controls. It includes 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts and a tripping threshold of 1.14 +/- 0.06 Ir. The rated operational voltage for the power circuit is 690 V AC.
Technical Details: Rated insulation voltages are 600 V for CSA and UL and 690 V for IEC 60947-4-1. The device has an impulse withstand voltage of 6 kV and phase failure sensitivity that trips at 130% of Ir on two phases. Connection terminals support flexible and solid cables ranging from 1 to 10 mm². Tightening torque is 1.7 N.m for control circuit and 2.5 N.m for power circuit. The relay is certified to multiple international standards including IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, and UKCA.

V1 flame retardance rating and mechanical robustness tests include vibration 6 Gn and shocks 15 Gn for 11 ms. Dielectric strength is 1.89 kV at 50 Hz.
