Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) motor control panels for precise speed and torque control of AC motors from 0.75 kW to 500 kW at 415V AC, 50Hz. VFDs convert fixed-frequency AC supply to variable-frequency, variable-voltage output, enabling continuous speed adjustment from zero to full speed and beyond. Each VFD panel includes a suitable MCCB for short-circuit protection, an ABB, Siemens, or Schneider frequency inverter with built-in motor protection (overload, short-circuit, earth fault, phase loss), EMC filter, braking chopper (where required), and control terminals for analog speed reference (4–20mA / 0–10V), digital start/stop, and communication bus (Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, or PROFINET). Panels include green start and red stop push buttons, pilot lamps, a speed potentiometer or keypad for local control, and a selector switch for Local–Off–Remote operation.
