S204-C63 Miniature Circuit Breaker
System pro M compact S200 miniature circuit breakers are current limiting and have two tripping mechanisms: a delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and an electromechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. Available in various characteristics (B, C, D, K, Z), configurations (1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 3P+N, 4P), breaking capacities (up to 6 kA at 230/400 V AC), and rated currents (up to 63 A), these MCBs comply with IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 60947-2, and UL1077 standards. Bottom-fitting auxiliary contact can be mounted on the S200 to save 50% space.
Electrical specifications: Rated operational voltage up to 400 V AC (IEC 60898-1) and 440 V AC (IEC 60947-2), rated current of 63 A, tripping characteristic type C. Rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity is 20 kA at 230 V AC and 10 kA at 400 and 440 V AC. Rated service short-circuit breaking capacities are 15 kA at 230 V AC and 7.5 kA at 400 and 440 V AC. Rated insulation voltage is 440 V with impulse withstand voltage up to 6.2 kV at sea level. Suitable for AC/DC input voltage types.
Mechanical and physical features: Four poles (4P), degree of protection IP20 and IP40 with enclosure cover, mechanical endurance of 20000 cycles and electrical endurance of 10000 AC cycles. Mounting is via DIN-Rail (TH35-15 and TH35-7.5 mm mounting rails). Housing material is Insulation Group II, RAL 7035 color. Weight is approximately 0.48 kg with dimensions of 7 cm width, 8.8 cm height, and 6.9 cm depth.
Connection and installation: Failsafe bi-directional cylinder-lift screw terminals with tightening torque of 2.8 N·m and recommended Pozidriv 2 screwdriver. Wire stripping length is 1.25 cm. Mounting position is any. Compatible with auxiliary accessories available.
