Block Contactor AF38-30-00-14 by ABB
The AF38-30-00-14 is a 3 pole contactor rated for main circuit operational voltage up to 690 V IEC or 600 V UL, designed for controlling motors up to 18.5 kW at 400 V AC (AC-3) or 25 hp at 480 V UL. It switches power circuits up to 50 A (AC-1) or 50 A UL general use. Thanks to the advanced AF technology, the contactor supports a wide control voltage range of 250-500 V at 50/60 Hz and DC, effectively managing large control voltage variations, reducing energy consumption of panels, and ensuring reliable operation in unstable networks.
The contactor includes built-in surge protection for compactness and enhanced reliability. It features a block type design which can be expanded easily with add-on auxiliary contact blocks and a wide range of accessories for flexible application.
