S201-C32 Miniature Circuit Breaker
System pro M compact S200 miniature circuit breakers are current limiting. They have two different tripping mechanisms: the delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and the electromechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. Available in characteristics B, C, D, K, Z; configurations 1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 3P+N, 4P; breaking capacities up to 6 kA at 230/400 V AC; and rated currents up to 63 A. These MCBs comply with IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 60947-2, and UL1077, suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. A bottom-fitting auxiliary contact can be mounted to save 50% space.
Electrical Features: Rated operational voltage is 230/400 V AC with max voltage incl. tolerance of 253 V AC and 72 V DC. Rated current is 32 A with a short-circuit breaking capacity of 6 kA AC and DC. Rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity varies by voltage: 20 kA at 133 V AC, 10 kA at 230 V AC, 20 kA at 24 V DC, and 10 kA at 60 V DC. The power loss per pole is 3.7 W, and the energy limiting class is 3.
Dimensions and Weight: Width is 1.75 cm, height 8.8 cm, depth 6.9 cm. The net weight is 0.12 kg, and pole net weight is 0.125 kg.
Mechanical and Installation: The device is mounted on DIN-Rail (TH35-15 and TH35-7.5 mm mounting rails according to IEC 60715) and can be positioned arbitrarily. It features screw terminals with a tightening torque of 2.8 N·m and requires a Pozidriv 2 screwdriver for installation. Wire stripping length is 1.25 cm.
Environmental and Safety: Operation temperature range is -25 to +55 °C, storage temperature -40 to +70 °C. Degree of protection is IP20 with enclosures having IP40 covers. Pollution degree is 3, with resistance to vibrations and shocks certified according to IEC standards.
