UA75-30-00RA 220-230V 50Hz / 230-240V 60Hz Block Contactor
The UA75-30-00RA 220-230V 50Hz / 230-240V 60Hz is a 3-pole contactor designed for capacitor switching, suitable for installations where the peak current far exceeds 100 times the nominal rms current. The contactors include damping resistors and must be used without additional inductances. Capacitors must be discharged (maximum residual voltage at terminals ≤ 50 V) before re-energization. Electrical durability is 250000 operating cycles for Ue less than 500 V and 100000 cycles for Ue between 500 V and 690 V. The UA..RA contactors feature a front mounted block with 3 damping resistors to limit current peaks during capacitor bank energization and ensure capacitor precharging, reducing current peaks during main pole making.
